"No Kings" Protestors: Hypocritical Ex-Hippies with Too Much Time
The "No Kings" protests, erupting across the U.S. on June 14, 2025, were sold as a stand against Trump’s so-called authoritarianism. These weren’t fiery young rebels fighting for freedom. They were mostly old white ex-hippies, gray-haired and bored, dragging their 1960s nostalgia into the streets. These are the same folks who, back in the COVID lockdown days, snitched on neighbors for daring to breathe mask-free and cheered every authoritarian rule clamped down on us.
In the 1970s, they marched against Vietnam, dodging drafts and preaching peace—mostly to save their own skins. Fast forward to now, and they’re out here waving signs, hyping up war with Russia by demonizing anyone who doesn’t toe the establishment line. Back then, it was "make love, not war." Today, they’re fine sending this generation to die in some geopolitical chess game, as long as it fits their sanctimonious vibe.
These protestors aren’t about principle; they’re about performance. With nothing better to do, they’ve traded tie-dye for self-righteous chants, betraying their own "free spirit" past while pointing fingers at everyone else. Hypocrisy doesn’t age well, and neither do they.
